If you believe that you have received defective item, please contact us immediately. Only sealed Hair Care products with Receipt are Available for exchange. Shipping

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking is available for all U.S. orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and has shipped.

Standard shipping is 10-14 business days due to covid.
